Book Discussion: The Fate of Food

Amanda Little will be at The Book Stall to discuss her recent book “The Fate of Food: What We’ll Eat in a Bigger, Hotter, Smarter World”.

Traversing the Globe from Norway to India, and from Ethiopia to California and beyond, Amanda explores the frontiers of food innovation, and the pioneers who are using science and technology to help us solve how we might effectively feed an ever-growing human populous in an age of dwindling resources and climate change.
