Chicago Women in Green/North Shore Green Women Gathering

Combined Chicago Women in Green (WIG) & North Shore Green Women (NSGW) gathering, Chicago Botanic Garden (CBG)

We will enjoy mingling and refreshments just off the Esplanade, a Carillon Concert, and guided tours of the new pollinator exhibit and the vegetable garden (or we will execute Plan B indoors if it’s raining!).

Our host Rachel Rosen has secured Conservation Scientist Krissa Skogen, PhD. to speak at the event and guide the tours of Bees & Beyond “A Pollinator’s Perspective” in the Regenstein Joutras Gallery. Horticulturalist Lisa Hilgenberg will conduct tours of the Regenstein Fruit and Vegetable Garden.

CBG is offering our groups free parking for the evening, so there is no charge for the event. Tell the guard at the booth that you are attending the Women in Green event.
