Conservation@Home Virtual Presentation

Greener Glenview, an environmental group committed to local and regional sustainability, is hosting a Conservation@Home virtual event. Through the Conservation@Home program, residents of Cook County are encouraged to adopt “Forest Preserves Friendly” practices while providing wildlife and native plant habitats in residential, school and workplace gardens.

Members of the Forest Preserve of Cook County and Illinois Extension will share techniques to transform your landscape into a healthy and sustainable space with a focus on native plant selection as well as good water management practices.
