Kim Ainis, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, will lead a relaxing three hour guided walk in nature. Forest bathing (or forest therapy) is an opportunity to unplug in a peaceful setting with a series of invitations, or prompts, that are designed to help participants slow down, quiet your mind, awaken senses, and deepen a connection to oneself, others, and to natural areas, .
