Natural Lawn Care Workshop

Midwest Grows Green’s (MGG) Natural Lawn Care Workshop at Chicago’s Experimental Station will feature nationally known turfgrass managers who apply limited inputs.

Midwest Grows Green’s Technical Assistance Program team of Ryan Anderson and Vytas Pabedinskas will share how site preparation with compost topdressing restored the Ray Elementary schoolyard’s turfgrass without synthetic chemicals.

North Shore Country Club’s golf course superintendent Dan Dinelli will also describe the soil health principles and alternative strategies employed on North Shore’s fairways to reduce inputs overall.

And be sure not to miss Jerad Minnick from the Natural Grass Advisory Group who will provide an overview of the natural lawn care practices applied on 19 natural grass fields at the Maryland SoccerPlex.
