Go Green Wilmette is raising money to donate a $20,000 solar system to the Habitat for Humanity – Lake County home being built by the New Trier High School Senior Class this spring. Help us provide reduced-cost, clean energy to the low-income family who will move into the home. Your donation, regardless of amount, will help us achieve our goal.

This project will be the very first Habitat for Humanity home in the state of Illinois with solar panels, providing reduced-cost, renewable energy for the low-income homeowner! We are collaborating with Go Green Winnetka, Go Green Kenilworth, Go Green Northfield and Go Green Glencoe on this solar crowd-funding effort. The system will be designed and installed by Windfree Solar. Read about the project on the New Trier website.
