Videos from the 2022 International Compost Awareness Week programs prepared and presented by the Illinois Food Scrap Coalition are now available to be viewed on the IFSC YouTube Channel.  The theme this year was “Recipe for Regeneration: Compost” and we focused on the use of compost in agriculture in Illinois.  The videos include information and insights from wonderful Illinois Farmers and composters.  Thank you to Mike Nowak who discussed compost use during his program on 5/1/22 (all of Mike’s programs are available for viewing on YT and available as podcastsm too).  Did you miss the 2021 IL ICAW programming?  No problem…those presentations are also available for viewing on the IFSC YouTube Channel (the 2021 theme was “Grow, Eat…COMPOST…Repeat” and there are several excellent videos from May 2021).  Enjoy.
